In my quest for mental wellness I’m wondering if I should write in chapters or as letters? Letters could easily turn into rants and possibly be very angry! Oh and could be endless – but perhaps better out than in ? Chapters ? Chronological? Time is not my strong point due to my illness!! My memory is rubbish and I confuse dates – I still stumble over the birthday of my son!! But it doesn’t matter if the order is wrong – in fact my life overlaps !! Court hearings continue .. as we continue to get poorer!! Im still ill (well its incurable so thats gping to be the case!) So I don’t know .. I shall see how I feel tomorrow .
